Cancellation requests for Home Sample collections will be accepted before sample pickup and for In-person site visits / Walk-ins before the sample is processed
REFUND POLICYIn the event of any dissatisfaction or if we have not met your expectations, we provide a refund. Once the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card or original method of payment
